1. Eligibility and Sales Area

We sell products exclusively to customers within the **United States of America (USA)**. You must be located in the USA to place an order.

2. Pre-Order Policy

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
• Release Dates: All release dates provided are estimates and are subject to change by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays.
• Cancellations: Pre-order cancellations are subject to a **10% processing fee** unless the cancellation is due to an item being discontinued or a significant delay (more than 60 days past the announced release date).
• Allocation: In the event of product allocation by the distributor, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Unfulfillable pre-orders will be fully refunded.
