Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts **30 days**. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original, unopened, and **sealed packaging**. Any indication that a sealed product has been tampered with or opened will void the return eligibility.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• **Single Trading Cards:** All sales on single trading cards are final.
• **Opened Products:** Any booster pack, box, kit, or collection that has been opened is non-returnable.
• **Gift cards.**

3. Pre-Order Cancellations

As per our Terms & Conditions, pre-order cancellations are generally subject to a **10% processing fee**. Please review the Terms & Conditions for full details.
