At Poke Cards Collect, we understand that condition is everything. Whether you are ripping packs or keeping them sealed for investment, your order deserves the highest level of protection.

1. BOMB-PROOF PACKAGING

We do not throw expensive boxes into flimsy mailers. Every Elite Trainer Box, Booster Box, and Slab is shipped with:

• Heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes.
• Generous bubble wrap padding.
• Void fill to prevent internal movement.
• “Fragile” handling instructions.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

• In-Stock Drops: Ships within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse.
• Pre-Orders: Ships strictly on or after the official Manufacturer Release Date. Please check the “Batch Status” bar on the product page for the latest estimates.

3. SHIPPING REGION

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the fastest possible service for our domestic collectors.

4. LOST PACKAGES

All orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. If your tracking says “Delivered” but you do not have it, please contact us immediately at support@pokecardscollect.com.
