THE COLLECTOR’S GUARANTEE
Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game market and the risk of resealed products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our inventory for all customers.
1. ALL SALES FINAL ON SEALED PRODUCT
We cannot accept returns on Booster Boxes, ETBs, or Packs once they have left our facility. This ensures that every product you buy from Poke Cards Collect is 100% unsearched and factory sealed.
2. DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your package arrives crushed or significantly damaged:
- Do not open the seal of the product itself.
- Take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged item.
- Email support@pokecardscollect.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or store credit immediately.
3. CANCELLATIONS
- In-Stock Orders: Can be cancelled only if the shipping label has not yet been created.
- Pre-Orders: Can be cancelled any time before the item ships. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processor charges.
